By submitting a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in treatment being withdrawn and could pose a serious risk to your health.
Prescriptions remain the property of the prescriber and cannot be transferred. We do not supply prescription medications without a valid UK prescription issued through our service.
Payment is required in full at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment systems.
Prices include the cost of the consultation, prescription, medication, and standard delivery where applicable. Prices are displayed clearly at checkout and are inclusive of VAT where required by law.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Orders will be charged at the price confirmed at the time of purchase.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring a safe and appropriate delivery address is provided. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
If your order is not approved following clinical review, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval for a full refund. Once a prescription has been clinically approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK medicines legislation.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
